Oct. 1 - May 30

Up to 40 people (children under three are not charged, nor counted) 3-night minimum stay.

5% Discount for weekly stay. 10% Discount for monthly stay.

IN ADDITION to the nightly/weekly or monthly rates, the following are also charged:

15% tax and fees to the City, County, and State (I have no control over this.)
$500 cleaning fee (and they earn every dime!).
$75 fee for cleaning the HOT TUB – which has to be totally emptied each time and serviced because of the number of people using it. Whether you think you will use it or not, this is a set fee because 99.99% of the people always use it. It is VERY relaxing after a fun, but long day at the beach!
