Book Now IN ADDITION to the nightly/weekly or monthly rates, the following are also charged:
- 15% tax and fees to the City, County, and State (I have no control over this.)
- $500 cleaning fee (and they earn every dime!).
- $75 fee for cleaning the HOT TUB – which has to be totally emptied each time and serviced because of the number of people using it. Whether you think you will use it or not, this is a set fee because 99.99% of the people always use it. It is VERY relaxing after a fun, but long day at the beach!
