RESERVATIONS: You can reserve directly through this site as well as going to VRBO and AirBNB. Go to any of the pages on the site and click “Reservations.” Just fill it out and send it to me. Please allow me a day or two if possible. If you need immediate assistance, please just call me or text. I will link VRBO and AirBNB to this site so you can also see at a glance available days. You will save money coming directly here, however, as those sites charge for their service of course. Reviews can also be read there for those who provide them.
PRICES: In establishing the fair market value of staying at MAMA BEAR, I looked at cabins in the area renting out for the same number of people. I then did an average to arrive at 2021 fall through summer of 2022 rates. They are listed below.
Per NIGHT: $1680 for up to 40 people (children under three are not charged, nor counted) with a 2 night minimum from May 31 through Sept 30.
Per NIGHT: $1400 for up to 40 people (children under three are not charged, nor counted) with a 2 night minimum from Oct 1 through May 30.
Holidays and Raspberry Days: Additional 10% more;
Per WEEK: 10% discount; Per MONTH: 20% discount except if occurring on holidays or Raspberry Days)
IN ADDITION to the nightly/weekly or monthly rates the following are also charged:
- 15% tax and fees to the City, County and State (I have no control over that.)
- $325 cleaning fee (and they earn every dime!) plus
- $75 fee for cleaning the HOT TUB – which has to be totally emptied each time and serviced because of the number of people using it. Whether you think you will use it or not, this is a set fee because 99.99% of the people always use it. It is VERY relaxing after a fun, but long day at the beach!
